KRISS MARTINEZ

Kriss Martinez has a strong background in collections and revenue management. They currently hold the role of Head of Collections at RappiCard México, where they drive strategies to maximize collections from cardholders. Prior to this, Kriss held positions at Citibanamex, Totalplay, Dish Mexico, izzi telecom, Financiera Planfia, Banco Santander, Serasepro S.A., DIGITEL TIM, and Fyc Soluciones. Throughout their career, Kriss has demonstrated a focus on designing and implementing effective collection strategies, negotiating collaborations, overseeing operations, and presenting reports on portfolio performance. They have also been involved in developing new payment alternatives, launching marketing campaigns, and coordinating teams for credit recovery. Kriss has a strong track record of achieving results and optimizing processes in the areas of collections and customer retention.

Kriss Martinez completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from EBC – Heriot-Watt University, from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, in 2014, they participated in the Diplomado Transformative Leadership program offered jointly by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Universidad Escuela Bancaria y Comercial (EBC). From 2007 to 2010, Kriss Martinez pursued a Maestría en Administración Área Terminal: Alta Dirección (Master's in Administration with a specialization in Senior Management) at Escuela Bancaria y Comercial (EBC). They obtained a Título de Ingeniero en Informática (Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering) from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in the period of 1998 to 2003. Finally, from 1993 to 1998, Kriss Martinez obtained a Título de Técnico Medio en Administración y Procesamiento de Datos (A.P.D.) (Intermediate Technical Degree in Administration and Data Processing) from U.E. Instituto San Antonio.

In addition to their formal education, Kriss Martinez has obtained additional certifications. They completed the MasterClass "Implementación de estrategias omnicanal" offered by ICM in March 2023. They also participated in the Citi Latam Talent Connect Program conducted by Citibanamex in January 2022.
