The founding team at RARE Coaching & Consulting have a long history of working in coaching, education, and research. They have worked at Hudson Institute of Coaching, New Degree Press, Brené Brown Education and Research Group, and American Alliance of Museums. They have also been involved in many different types of research, including on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
