Dean of Liberal Arts, Fine Arts, Business & Public Service at Raritan Valley Community College

Patrice Gouveia Marks is the current Dean of Liberal Arts, Fine Arts, Business & Public Service at Raritan Valley Community College. Patrice has held this position since June 2012. Prior to that, they were the Director of the Manhattan Campus & Adult Learners at The College of New Rochelle from July 2008 to June 2012. From February 2007 to July 2008, they were the Dean of Language Arts and the Learning Resource Center at Antelope Valley College. And from August 1999 to July 2002, they were a Lecturer at Stanford University.

Patrice Gouveia Marks received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Howard University, their Master’s Degree from Howard University, and their Bachelor’s Degree from Howard University. Patrice also attended Franciscan University of Steubenville and St Joseph Convent.

They work with John Trojan - VP for Finance & Facilities, Deborah E. Preston - VP of Academic Affairs & Provost, and Audrey Loera - Dean of Academic Support & Education Partnerships. Their manager is Michael J. McDonough, President.
