Neema K. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Neema started their career at KPMG India as a Research Analyst in the Financial Services sector. Neema then worked at Ventura Securities Ltd as an Assistant Manager, handling branches at the head office level. Neema later joined BDO - international, where they held the positions of Associate, Senior Associate, and Assistant Manager in the Valuations department, specializing in business and intangible valuation. Neema then joined YUSR Investment Bank as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance and Business Advisory, where they were responsible for developing feasibility study reports, financial statement analysis, and market research. Neema also worked at BDO Corporate Finance (Middle East) LLP as a Senior Executive before joining Al Ahli Holding Group, where they focused on strategy and investments. Currently, Neema is the Director of Strategy, Product & Research at Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ).

Neema K. completed a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Mumbai between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, Neema earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from MMK College of Commerce & Economics from 2003 to 2006.
