Jenny Mathai

Jenny Mathai (CIPD) has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Jenny has held the role of Head of Human Resources at Ras Al Khaimah International Airport since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources at OliOli® Children's Museum from September 2022 to April 2023. Jenny also worked at Al Hamra, where they held multiple roles including Senior Human Resources Manager - Hospitality from July 2021 to August 2022, Manager- Human Resources from October 2016 to June 2021, and Assistant Manager Human Resources from May 2013 to September 2016. Jenny also served as a Senior HR Executive at Landmark Group from January 2011 to December 2012. Earlier in their career, Jenny worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Learning and Development Specialist from August 2008 to August 2010 and as an Employee Engagement Specialist from April 2006 to July 2008. Jenny began their career as a Senior Insurance Advisor at Aviva Canada from April 2004 to March 2006.

Jenny Mathai pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their 10th grade at Bishop Cotton Girls' School in India. In 2008 to 2010, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from Wigan & Leigh College (India) Ltd. Recently, in 2018 to 2019, Jenny studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration through the CIPD program at Avado. Jenny has also obtained additional certifications in various areas, including Leadership, Total Quality Management, and Creating a Culture That Inspires Your Employees.
