Trey Moats

Trey Moats has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Trey is currently the Chief Operating Officer at RASA since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, and Team Director at Rōti from 2014 to 2023. Before joining Rōti, they held the position of SVP of Operations - The Americas at Vapiano from 2013 to 2014. From 2004 to 2013, Trey worked at Potbelly, starting as a District Manager and later becoming a Market Manager. Trey also worked at Star Restaurant Group as the Director of Restaurants - International Spy Museum from 2002 to 2004 and at Emerging Brands as the Director of Restaurants/Partner from 2000 to 2002. Trey Moats began their career as a Regional General Manager at Capital Restaurant Concepts from 1995 to 2000.

Trey Moats completed their high school education in 1990, earning an Honors Diploma from Fishburne Military School. Trey then enrolled at the University of South Carolina, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from 1990 to 1995.
