Alaa abdulrahman

Alaa Abdulrahman has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Beginning in 2015, Alaa worked as an HR Recruiter at a consulting firm until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Alaa held the position of HR Generalist at Techno-Ways, where they gained experience in various HR functions. In 2017, Alaa also started working as an Offshore Consultant as a freelancer, providing their expertise to clients until 2020. In 2019, Alaa joined Talent Supplier as a Senior Software Recruiter, a position they held until 2020. In 2020, Alaa transitioned to a role as a Senior Software Recruiter & Lead at SDEX before joining THIQAH Business Services as a Regional HR Business Partner from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, Alaa was appointed as the Head of HR at Solutions by STC. Currently, Alaa holds the position of Regional Head of Human Resources at Rasan since 2023.

Alaa Abdulrahman attended Helwan University Cairo from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they focused on studying geographic information systems. In addition to their formal education, Alaa obtained additional certifications from HRCI. This includes becoming a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in August 2019 and obtaining a Human Resources Management certificate from HRCI in November 2018.
