Neil McDougall

Neil McDougall is the current Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at Rasmala. Neil has held this position since January 2015. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer & Board Member at Rasmala from June 2011 to December 2011. McDougall has also served as the Head of WB Finance, Europe at Standard Chartered Bank from August 2000 to November 2007. Neil was also the CFO at Commerzbank AG from November 1997 to August 2000.
