Scott Olguin

Scott oversees the capital raising team and raises money for our private equity funds, leverages all avenues with consultants/plan sponsors, and handles all consulting relations. He has more than 30 years of experience raising capital for alternative strategies, including private equity, hedge funds, and real estate. Scott’s success stems in part from his strong relationships with public pension funds and family offices.Prior to joining Rastegar, Scott was Managing Director of Boustead Securities and Director of Institutional Services at CHOICE Investments, Inc., where he raised over $100 million in assets for investment management clients. His previous roles included marketing funds to institutional investors and managing relationships with governmental entities on behalf of the firm. Scott was also a founding partner of Dallas-based Gray Capital Partners, LLC, as well as a registered representative at both Merrill Lynch and Dean Witter. Scott holds his FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
