Yenny Septefani

Yenny Septefani is currently an Admin Support B2B at Rata. Prior to that, they were an Operational Excellence Specialist at Cooklab Indonesia from July 2020 to October 2020. There, they were responsible for doing daily transactions recap and sending it to field operations team, processing customers’ orders, replying complaints or feedbacks from customers, handling recipe bank such as calory database, pricing and uploading recipes to Cooklab’s system, and handling and making recipe cards and promo banners.

From October 2019 to June 2020, Yenny Septefani was a Product Operations Executive, GrabKios at Grab. In this role, they worked with procurement team to make sure all vendors’ agreements were received and signed by both-parties. Yenny also created a payment tracker for 15 logistic vendors across nations in order to pay the vendor on time according to SLA, to avoid late payment and better visibility for other stakeholders to see the status of each payment. Additionally, Yenny Septefani issued invoices to 30 GrabKios’ partners (sellers) including regular reminder to get the payment on time until receiving the payment. Yenny also assisted Bulog Project by reconciling sales data and transferring the commission to GrabKios’ agents. Lastly, they assisted the team in executing on field operations problems including solving late delivery problems and defect products delivery problems.

Yenny Septefani has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the State University of Jakarta (Universitas Negeri Jakarta) and a Social degree from SMA Negeri 1 Jakarta.
