Nandini Matiyani

Nandini Matiyani has extensive experience in human resources, holding senior leadership positions in various companies. From 2005 to 2011, they served as the General Manager Human Resources and Head Group HR at Wipro. In this role, they oversaw various HR functions and spearheaded organizational change projects. From 2011 to 2013, Nandini worked as the Vice President and Global HR Head at OnMobile Global Limited, where they were responsible for defining and executing HR strategy. From 2013 to 2020, they held various HR Business Partnering roles at Wipro, managing units with revenues ranging from $1 billion to $2.4 billion. Currently, Nandini is the Vice President of People and Culture at RateGain, a role they started in 2023.

Nandini Matiyani completed a Diploma in International Business at Symbiosis Institute of International Business in 1996-1997. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat between 1989 and 1993. Nandini completed their 12th Grade education in Science at St. Xavier's High School in 1988-1989.
