Sindhuja Parthasarathy

Sindhuja Parthasarathy is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Development at RateGain since February 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a self-employed Consultant for Talent Management & HR Transformation in 2024, and Director of Global Talent Management at Mindtickle from April 2022 to December 2023. Sindhuja held the position of Talent Development Leader at Freshworks Inc. from October 2017 to April 2022 and served on the Global D&I Advisory Board for the Future Talent Council between January 2020 and January 2022. Educational qualifications include a PGDBA in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management and an MSC in Psychology from Madras University.
