Kelsey McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, Kelsey worked at the Wangaratta Indoor Sports and Aquatic Centre, initially as a Pool Lifeguard, Duty Manager, and Customer Service Representative, and later as an Aquatic Operations Coordinator. In 2010, Kelsey joined YMCA Victoria, where they served as a Human Resources Assistant and an Occupational Health and Safety Support Officer.

In 2012, Kelsey transitioned to Delaware North Companies, where they took on the roles of a Food and Beverage Supervisor and a Marketing Intern. This was followed by a brief internship at A Marr & Associates in 2014.

From 2015 to 2016, Kelsey worked as an Account Coordinator at Get Glossy. They then joined the Mercury Group of Companies and held positions as a Customer Service Officer and a Service Desk Manager from 2016 to 2017.

In 2018, Kelsey continued their employment with Equifax Workforce Solutions after it acquired the Mercury Group. As the Service Desk Manager, Kelsey implemented improvements, such as live chat functionality and enhanced ticketing systems, to provide better service and reduce call wait times. They also engaged with high-profile clients to identify areas for improvement and implemented changes to increase overall service standards.

In 2019, Kelsey worked as a Customer Support and Integration Partner Relationship Manager at Vital Software P/L before joining Nobly POS as a Customer Support Lead APAC. In 2019, Kelsey also began working at RateMyAgent Australia, first as a Customer Experience Manager and later transitioning to the role of Product Manager in October 2021.

Kelsey McDonald's education history includes a Bachelor of Communication degree in Public Relations from Victoria University, which was obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Kelsey completed a Diploma of Sport and Recreation in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE, from 2008 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Kelsey McDonald has obtained certifications in Agile Project Management and Digital Delivery with Agile from RMIT University. These certifications were obtained in October 2021 and September 2021, respectively.
