Andy Mura serves as the Sales & Marketing Director at Ratepay since January 2023, focusing on revenue growth through strategic commercial and marketing initiatives. Mura co-initiated the "Compete2Win" change management program, aligning company goals with sales and marketing strategies, and oversees budget management and team development. In addition to current responsibilities, Mura acts as a Marketing & Growth Mentor for over 200 startups and SMBs across various organizations since March 2017.
