Paul Jones

Paul Jones serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Wealth Management and Investment Management at Rathbones Group Plc since March 2019, where responsibilities include supporting the CEO and managing the Investment Management Division's people, projects, and processes. Concurrently, Paul holds board member positions at Vision Independent Financial Planning Ltd and CASTLE INVESTMENT SOLUTIONS LTD starting October 2023. Prior to Rathbones, Paul was Chief Operating Officer at WH Ireland, overseeing Group Operations and before that held various leadership roles at Brewin Dolphin, including Director of Change and Transformation, where significant responsibilities encompassed strategy execution and business transformation initiatives. Additional experience includes roles in business management and strategy development at Old Mutual Limited, AXA Wealth, Bluefin Wealth Management, and AXA UK. Educational achievements include an Executive Leadership Programme from Henley Business School and degrees in Management from Nottingham University and Aston University.
