Barbara Dellerba

Barbara Dellerba has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to the present. Barbara began their career volunteering as an activity instructor at Scout Adventures in 2017. Barbara quickly progressed to become a HR & Customer Services Assistant and Senior Volunteer Coordinator, where they successfully planned and delivered recruitment processes, ensured volunteer well-being, and provided excellent customer service. Barbara also played a pivotal role in events planning and execution. In 2022, they worked as an Interpreter at SGF Global, delivering English-Spanish consecutive interpretation. Barbara then transitioned to work as an IT Recruiter and Recruiter at Rather Labs, Inc., where they sourced eligible candidates, conducted interviews, and coordinated technical challenges. Overall, Barbara has demonstrated strong skills in recruitment, customer service, and leadership throughout their diverse work experience.

Barbara Dellerba has obtained a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Nacional del Sur. Barbara completed their degree in 2024. Prior to that, in 2022, Barbara completed a course in IT Recruiter from Capacitarte, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In addition to their formal education, Barbara has acquired several certifications including the EF English Certificate, C2 from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in November 2022, IT Recruiter certification from Capacitarte in May 2022, Critical thinking for decision-making certification from LinkedIn in January 2022, and Safeguarding certification from Scout Adventures in March 2017.
