Mike Birch

Mike Birch has a wealth of experience in the transportation industry. Mike currently serves as the Regional Vice President - West for RATP Dev USA, overseeing $122 million in annual revenue and the safe operation of millions of passenger trips. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President - General Manager of Travis Transit Management Inc., responsible for a significant portion of CapMetro's fixed route services. Furthermore, Mike has also held various leadership positions at IndyGo, including Vice President of Operations & Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Human Resources. Mike'sextensive work experience demonstrates their expertise in transportation, vehicle maintenance, route optimization, and scheduling.

Mike Birch obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an HR Specialization from Indiana Wesleyan University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, in November 2020, they completed a Gender Diversity Certificate Program from INSEAD Executive Education.
