Stacy Winsett

Stacy Winsett has extensive work experience in human resources leadership roles. Stacy is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at RATP Dev USA since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Trillium Flow Technologies from December 2019 to August 2021. From November 2016 to November 2019, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Herc Rentals. Stacy also has experience as a Vice President of Global Human Resources for the Minova Group at Orica from January 2016 to October 2016. Stacy has held various leadership positions at Weir Oil and Gas, Orica, Gates Corporation, Air Distribution Technologies, Inc., and American Airlines. Throughout their career, Stacy has been responsible for HR strategy and results, providing leadership to teams, and playing a crucial role in organizational growth and transformation efforts.

Stacy Winsett obtained a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University in 2008. Stacy also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from LeTourneau University, which they completed in 1996.

Additionally, Stacy has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they earned an Executive Coaching Certification and a Mediation Certification from Southern Methodist University. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. In 2019, they completed the Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification - Classroom from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. In 2021, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) and Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) certifications from HRCI. In 2022, they completed the INSEAD Gender Diversity Programme from GP Strategies for INSEAD Online Programmes. Most recently, in 2023, they obtained the Women in Leadership Advisory Council certification from SMU Continuing & Professional Education.
