Zilha Fific

Zilha Fific has extensive experience in social services, currently serving as IFO Chef - Barn och familj at Rättviks kommun since January 2020. Previously, Zilha held multiple leadership roles at Leksands Kommun from October 2010 to January 2020, including Avd. Chef Familj och stöd and Enhetschef for various departments such as Integration and Work Support. Zilha also worked as Enhetschef IFO at Sigtuna kommun from January 2007 to September 2010, focusing on home care services. Zilha obtained a Socionom examen in Socialarbete from Linköping University between 2003 and 2007.
