Adrian Cushman

Adrian Cushman has a diverse work history, beginning with a role as Deckhand at Arrow Launch Service Inc in 2006. Adrian then worked as an Officer Trainee with the U.S. Coast Guard from 2008 to 2010. Adrian subsequently served as a Deck Watch Officer and Law Enforcement Officer on the USCGC Munro and coordinated law enforcement and maritime security missions as part of their role with the Coast Guard from 2010 to 2015.

From 2015 to 2017, Cushman worked at Southern Towing Company as a Safety and Compliance Manager, responsible for overseeing the organization's health, safety, security, environment, quality, and training programs. Adrian then transitioned to Ardert Global as an OPA '90 Manager, where they managed a team that provided emergency planning support for international companies and response organizations.

In 2019, Cushman became a Business Owner and founded Adrian Cushman Designs. Adrian designed and sold various products before joining D.R. Horton, where they served as a Junior Sales Representative and then as a Sales Representative from 2022 to 2023. Recently, they became a New Home Sales Counselor at Rausch Coleman Homes in June 2023.

Adrian Cushman graduated from the Sacramento Waldorf School High School in 2005. Adrian attended the California State University Maritime Academy from 2006 to 2010, obtaining a degree in Marine Transportation with a minor in Law. In 2010, they attended the US Coast Guard Academy for Direct Commission Officer School. Adrian has obtained several additional certifications, including a Root Cause Analysis and Incident Investigation certificate from ABS Group in 2016, an Emergency Vehicle Operator Course certification from the US Coast Guard in 2013, a GMDSS Radio Operator's License from the Federal Communications Commission in 2010, a Marine Radio Operator Permit from the Federal Communications Commission in 2008, and a Merchant Mariner Credential from the US Coast Guard in 2010.
