Kristy Payne

Kristy Payne possesses extensive experience in project management and land development, with a current role as Senior Project Manager - Land at Rausch Coleman Homes since September 2015. Prior positions at Rausch Coleman Homes include Project Manager, Land Development Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. Kristy also served as Office Manager at Fosters Exterior Solutions from May 2014 to September 2015, and held the same title at R & M Acoustics, Inc. for 18 years, from January 1996 to May 2014. Kristy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arkansas, attending from 1998 to 2012.
