Mia Könnilä

Mia Könnilä has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Mia is currently the Head of HR, Finland at Raute Oyj, where they started in February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Chief People Officer at Raute Oyj from December 2022 to May 2023. Before joining Raute Oyj, Mia worked at Halton Group as the HR Country Manager from January 2019 to February 2021. Mia also held various HR roles at LSK, including HR Manager from April 2017 to January 2019, and HR Specialist from January 2010 to March 2017. Mia started their career at Lemcon Networks as an HR Controller from July 2007 to December 2009, and earlier served as an HR Assistant at Ahlsell Oy from February 2000 to July 2007.

Mia Könnilä attended Lahti University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 1999 where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management.
