Tarja Moilanen

Tarja Moilanen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Raute Corporation since June 2023. Prior to this role, Tarja held various significant positions at Konecranes from December 2010 to May 2023, including Vice President, HR for the EMEA region, where Tarja was responsible for daily HR operations for a workforce of 10,000. Additionally, Tarja led Konecranes' total rewards programs and managed HRM and rewards activities at a global level. Earlier career experience includes multiple HR roles at Rautaruukki Oyj from May 2003 to November 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master of Social Sciences in Social Psychology from the University of Tampere and a Master of Science in Economics focused on Management and Organisations from LUT University.
