Patrick Hügel

Patrick H. currently works as a Platform Engineer at Swisscom since November 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a System Engineer at SIX from May 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities involved operating and maintaining major reverse proxy installations, utilizing products such as Nevis Suite, Axway API Manager, and HaProxy to deliver web application security services. Prior to that, Patrick served as a Linux Operations Engineer at Nine Internet Solutions AG from April 2012 to October 2017 after completing an EFZ apprenticeship in System Engineering there. Patrick also gained foundational experience as an intern in Systems Engineering and obtained a degree in Informatiker EFZ (Systemtechnik) from TBZ Technische Berufsschule Zürich, graduating in 2016.
