Billy Cox, MBA PMP, has significant experience in project and field operations management, particularly in training and simulation exercises. Billy currently works at Ravenswood Solutions as the Director of Field Operations, where they plan and executes field operations activities for both government and commercial customers. Previously, at Stanford Research Institute, they served as the After Action Review (AAR) Production Team Leader for the eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) exercises and Communications Chief for the Instrumentation and Simulation Group. Prior to their civilian career, Billy served in the United States Marine Corps as the Training Staff Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge, Recruiting Station Staff Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge, and Radio Chief.

Billy Cox, MBA PMP has a High School Diploma from Mifflin High School, which they earned in 1991. Billy then attended The Ohio State University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations, which they obtained from 1998 to 2012. From 2016 to 2019, Billy attended Southern New Hampshire University where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, namely the Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in December 2020, as well as certifications in Executive Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Management and Strategy Institute and GoLeanSixSigma.com.
