Natalie Hodgen

Natalie Hodgen has been in healthcare for a little over 30 years. Starting as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Natalie has had several roles in healthcare, including direct patient care, healthcare management, and as a nursing instructor. Her work and passion have been in community health, over the past 15 years. After raising her children, and graduating from UCSF’s Clinic Leadership Institute, Natalie went back to school to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. Natalie has also had the opportunity to sit on the Advisory Boards of vocational schools and enjoys mentoring up-and-coming leaders in healthcare. Natalie recently received her Master’s in Health Administration.
