Haley Smith currently serves as the Assistant Site Manager for the Ravinia Festival's Lawndale Programs, focusing on afterschool music education aimed at students in under-resourced communities. With a long-standing involvement at the Apostolic Church of God as both a flutist and the Administrative Director of the Youth Orchestra Program, Haley manages logistics, student enrollment, and mentorship for children in grades 1 through 12. Previous experience includes program coordination at the James R. Jordan Foundation, work as a Music Theory Tutor at Concordia University in Chicago, and a performer at Carnegie Hall. Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Concordia University Chicago and has a background in music education from the Chicago High School for the Arts and the Merit School of Music.
