Lyndsey Scott

Lyndsey Scott's work experience includes various roles in the technology industry. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Run4It, where they assisted customers, performed gait analyses, and managed inventory. In 2018, they interned at Huawei Technologies as part of the Seeds of the Future program, taking Mandarin classes and receiving ICT training. Lyndsey also worked as an HTML/CSS Web Development instructor at Code First: Girls during this time. In 2020, they became an Instructor and Fellow Mentor at Code First Girls, teaching web development courses and providing support to coding instructors. Lyndsey joined Beamery in 2019 as a Graduate Software Engineer and later took on roles as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, working with technologies like TS/JS, Node, React, Docker, and K8s. In 2022, they joined Coding Black Females as a Mentor, and they are currently employed at Ravio as a Software Engineer. Additionally, they were part of the Future Leader Cohort at The Foundation For Science and Technology in 2022.

Lyndsey Scott's education history includes a BSc in Physics from The University of Edinburgh, which they earned from 2015 to 2019. Following this, they pursued an MSt in AI Ethics and Society at the University of Cambridge, starting in 2022 and expected to complete in 2024.
