Lindsay Dolan is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in food innovation and technology. Currently serving as the Senior Innovation Chef of Outside Brands at Raw Seafoods Inc. since April 2023, Lindsay previously held positions at Home Market Foods as a Senior R&D Food Technologist and R&D Food Technologist from April 2017 to April 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Food Scientist at Glasgow Consulting Group from May 2013 to November 2016. Lindsay's educational background includes a Master of Business and Science in Global Food Technology & Innovation from Rutgers University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
