Lee McQueen

Lee McQueen is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Phoenix51 since September 2020, focusing on data-driven hiring and development solutions. McQueen also founded Raw Talent Academy in January 2011 to address the shortcomings of traditional CV-based recruitment by emphasizing abilities and competencies. In addition, McQueen launched Talent Hub in 2012, a recruitment agency specializing in experienced sales placements across various industries. Previous experience includes roles such as Development Director at Amscreen, and Sales & Delivery Manager at Capita. Lee McQueen gained recognition as the winner of The Apprentice 2008, showcasing talent and ambition by establishing Amscreen alongside Lord Alan Sugar and Simon Sugar.
