Pablo Solano has extensive experience in sales and inventory planning, having worked at Rawlings Sporting Goods since January 2011 in various roles, including Sales and Inventory Planner for gloves, bats forecasting, and stock apparel, as well as Data Analyst and Forecaster. Skills include the creation of PMMs in SharePoint, operational and raw material forecasting, and supporting the apparel team through reports and analysis utilizing tools such as Cognos and JDE.
