Sylwia Florek

Sylwia Florek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sylwia began their career as a Student Intern at Biprokom-Kraków S.A. in 2014, gaining exposure to the Road Construction Department. In 2015, they worked as a Waitress/Barmaid at Restauracja "Glonojad".

In 2016, Sylwia joined CBB as a Consultant in the Credit Monitoring and Debt Collection Department, where they had phone contact with clients, analyzed financial data, provided financial consulting, and prepared system reports. Sylwia also collaborated with bank branches and other CBB departments.

Following that, Sylwia worked as an Office Assistant at P.H.U. Maxitech from 2016 to 2017, supporting various office tasks.

From 2018 to 2020, Sylwia joined Hitachi Vantara, initially working as an IBAT Analyst in the Install Base Administration Team. Their role involved managing and tracking Cisco Installed Base (IB) data, establishing relationships with stakeholders, conducting data analysis and audits, and updating Cisco databases with improved IB data. Later, they transitioned to the position of Renewals Quoting Analyst, focusing on renewals quoting processes.

Currently, Sylwia is employed at RAY · ALLEN INC. since 2020. Sylwia started as a Cisco Asset Manager, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and partners in managing, tracking, and reporting on issues with the customers' Cisco Installed Base data. Their responsibilities include implementing IT Asset Management services, conducting data analysis, leading client calls and on-site visits, and preparing Installed Base data for service contract renewal.

Sylwia Florek obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Environmental Engineering from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki, where they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at AGH University of Krakow, receiving a Inżynier (Inż.) degree in Environmental Engineering from 2010 to 2014.
