Dhananjay Bakshi

Dhananjay Bakshi has a strong background in design engineering. Dhananjay started their career as a Design Engineer at Ersten Electric, where they gained expertise in feasibility analysis and reverse engineering techniques. Dhananjay then moved to Jyoti Ltd., where they served as a Design Engineer and focused on modifying VCB panels and trucks for retrofitting jobs. Dhananjay also worked on the R&D of vacuum contactors and new VCB mechanisms. Currently, they are a Deputy Manager at Raychem RPG Ltd., where they manage all phases of the design process for various products and components. Dhananjay is known for their attention to detail and ability to meet complex product specifications.

Dhananjay Bakshi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from K. K. Wagh Engineering Collage, which they completed between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Polytechnic in Nashik from 2004 to 2007. Their secondary education was done at Rachana Vidyalaya in Nashik, where they completed their High School education in 2002, receiving their SSC qualification.
