Dipak Kashid

Dipak Kashid has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. dipak started their career as a Supervisor at Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd., where they managed the production and activities in the CRT section. dipak then worked as a Design Engineer at Sterling Generators Private Limited and later as a Senior Project Engineer at Sterling & Wilson Limited. In these roles, they gained experience in design engineering and project management. After that, Dipak worked as a Managing Partner at Praganya Heavy Electricals, where they played a leadership role. Currently, they are a Senior Executive - Operations at Raychem RPG Ltd., responsible for production and planning of OFT, CRT, and VPI Transformers, as well as driving TPM activities and implementing loss reduction projects.

Dipak Kashid completed their SSC education at Hutatma Rajguru Vidyalaya in Rajgurunagar from 1996 to 2002. Following that, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government Polytechnic College from 2002 to 2005.
