Sachin Khare

Sachin Khare has extensive work experience in various engineering and managerial roles. Sachin is currently the Director of Athashree Anu Vidyut Private Limited since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager Design at Raychem RPG Ltd. from 2015 onwards, where they led the design team and focused on standardization, optimization, and quality improvement of existing products. From 2012 to 2015, Sachin held the position of Senior Manager - Electrical & Electronics Engineering at NuPower Technologies Limited. Sachin was responsible for developing and testing pitch systems and localizing major components. Before that, they worked as the Manager - Product Development at Demag Cranes & Components (I) Pvt. Ltd. from 2008 to 2012, where they managed a team of engineers and worked on developing new products for global markets. Sachin also worked as an Assistant Manager - Electrical Engineering at Suzlon Energy Limited from 2005 to 2008, where they managed the engineering team and collaborated with the German design team on control panel engineering for wind turbines. Sachin started their career as a Design Engineer at Powernetics Equipments (I) Pvt. Ltd. in 2001, where they designed rectifiers and DC UPS systems. From 1995 to 2001, Sachin worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Hind Rectifiers Ltd., where they designed thyristor-controlled and uncontrolled rectifiers for various applications. Sachin also attended techno-commercial meetings and prepared material costing.

Sachin Khare attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a program on Leading & Managing (PLAM). Prior to that, they studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1989 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical.
