Sanjay began their work experience as a Summer Intern at Spinny in May 2022. Sanjay then moved on to become an Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. starting in June 2023.

Sanjay completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Welingkar Institute of Management, beginning in 2021 and ending in 2023.
