Fulbert Chan

Fulbert Chan has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they joined Raydiant as Senior Director of Support and Director of Support, where they built and led a 24x7 technical support team and developed customer-centric, support escalation processes. From 2017-2021, they were Head of Technical Integration and Support at Vungle, where they streamlined the technical support, integration processes, and quality testing of Vungle's mobile SDKs. From 2013-2017, they were Senior Director of Revenue Operations and Director of Ad Solutions Engineering at Mode Media Corporation (formerly Glam Media), where they earned several promotions and successfully planned and implemented an effective support system. From 2008-2013, they were Engineering Manager of Revenue Delivery, Global Deployment, and Special Projects at Glam Media. From 2007-2008, they were Senior Software Engineer at PodShow, Inc., where they were chosen to lead a team of local and offshore engineers. From 2000-2007, they were Senior Applications Administrator and Senior Software Developer at Travelocity. In 2000, they were Applications Engineer at Productopia, Inc., and from 1995-2000, they were Senior Engineer, Risk Engineer at Risk Management Solutions, Inc.

Fulbert Chan has a BASc in Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia and an AdvDipT Honours in Geographic Information Systems from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained a Double-Goal Coach: Coaching for Winning and Life Lessons certification from the Positive Coaching Alliance in June 2015.
