Head of Customer Operations at Raylo

Daniel Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Daniel most recently served as the Head of Customer Operations at Raylo, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Customer Success at the same company from December 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Raylo, Daniel had a long tenure at Concentrix, starting in 2012. Their roles at Concentrix included Senior Operations Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring service delivery aligned with client requirements and corporate goals. Daniel held this position from January 2017 to December 2021. Daniel also served as a UK Sales Supervisor, overseeing the launch of a new pilot for a client in the UK market, and as an Outbound Sales Manager, leading a team of 20+ agents in a competitive outbound sales environment. Daniel initially joined Concentrix as a Quality Monitor, monitoring calls and providing coaching to agents to ensure high-quality leads.

Prior to their time at Concentrix, Daniel worked as a Sales Advisor at HCL BPO from October 2009 to December 2012.

Daniel Murphy attended Corpus Christi College Belfast from 2004 to 2009. Daniel then went on to Belfast Metropolitan College, where they pursued A Levels in Business Studies, Sociology, and Media Studies from 2009 to 2011. Finally, from 2011 to 2015, Daniel attended Ulster University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management & Leadership Development.
