Kathleen Geiken

Kathleen Geiken, SHRM - SCP has over 10 years of experience in human resources and office management. Kathleen started their career in 2002 as an Administrative Assistant Office Manager at Structural Engineers, P.C. In 2012, they joined Raymon-Donco as a Human Resources Generalist and later became the Vice President - Human Resources and Office Management in September 2016, a position that they currently hold.

Kathleen Geiken, SHRM - SCP holds a Bachelor's Degree from Taylor University and has studied Business Administration and Management, General at Upper Iowa University. In addition, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2017.
