Christina Banister

Christina Banister serves as the VP of People Analytics and Insights as well as the VP of Organization & Talent Development at Raymond James since April 2019. In addition, Christina is a Board Member at The EXchange, Inc. and FIOP - Florida Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Previously, Christina held the position of Assistant Director of Global Leadership, Learning and Talent at Liberty Mutual Insurance and worked at IBM in various roles, including Managing Consultant Leader. Academic experience includes teaching at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in subjects such as Social Psychology and Human Resource Management, as well as serving as Research Director at Washington University School of Medicine. Christina holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Master's in Psychology, and a Bachelor's in Psychology, all from reputable institutions in Missouri.
