Shannon Reid

Shannon Reid is the SVP, Division Director, Independent Contractors Division at Raymond James Financial. Shannon has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including stints at Goldman Sachs, Great American Days, and International Paper. At Raymond James, they have led the development and planning for all retirement and financial planning solutions, including marketing strategy, product development, advisor and client education programs. Shannon has also been instrumental in the implementation of Money Guide Pro as the enterprise financial planning tool, which has been recognized by leadership as one of the most successful launches in firm history. In addition, Shannon has directed firm efforts to develop educational resources and marketing materials around key life events and stages, with a focus on the unique issues facing women in financial planning.

Shannon Reid graduated from the Cathedral School of St. Mary's before attending Duke University, where they earned their BA in Economics and Political Science. Shannon was then awarded a Hansard Scholarship to attend the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they received their MBA in Finance.
