Kris Moore, MBA, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Currently, Kris holds the position of Human Resources Director, Americas at Rayner. Prior to this, Kris served as the Vice President of Human Resources at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy and Education from September 2019 to February 2022. From March 2016 to September 2019, Kris worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Navient. Kris also held the same role at SunTrust from February 2015 to November 2015. Before that, Kris worked at Grady Health System, where Kris served as the Director of Workforce Effectiveness and Employee Relations (Interim) from November 2014 to February 2015, as well as a Human Resources Business Partner from September 2013 to February 2015. Prior to these roles, Kris worked as an Area Human Resources Manager at Smile Brands Inc. from March 2008 to September 2013 and as a Human Resources Manager at Bass, Berry & Sims from February 2007 to March 2008. Kris also gained significant experience at Regions Financial Corp, where Kris held several positions including Vice President/Sr. HR Business Partner from August 2004 to September 2006, AVP/HR Business Partner from January 2003 to August 2004, Human Resources Generalist from December 2001 to December 2003, and Branch Operations Manager from April 1999 to December 2001.

Kris Moore, MBA, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bethel University, College of Professional Studies from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Kris earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Union University, graduating in 1994. In 1990, Kris briefly attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, although the specific degree or field of study is unknown. Additionally, Kris obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in January 2015.
