Stephane Rambaud

Stephane Rambaud is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in construction, logistics, and strategic leadership. As General Partner and Lead Investor at Tandem Construction, Development & Architecture since January 2014, Rambaud oversees the management of 350 apartments in Chicago, guiding all aspects of strategic direction. In addition, Rambaud serves as Board Member, Advisor, and Partner at TANDEM Events & Communications, contributing to its strategic growth since its launch in 2016. As Chairman of the Board at Raynor Door Authority of New England, Rambaud leads executive strategy and operations across a network of dealerships. Previously, Rambaud held leadership roles at C.H. Robinson and Phoenix International, where Rambaud drove significant growth and integration strategies, establishing Phoenix International as the largest independent global logistics company in the U.S. under Rambaud's leadership.
