Alex Bebiak has a significant amount of work experience in the restaurant industry. Alex started their career as a General Manager at The Bacin Group in 1997 and worked there until 2003. Alex then moved on to Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, where they held the position of General Manager from 2003 to 2007, and later as Director of Operations from 2007 to 2011. Currently, they are working at Ray's Restaurants as an Operating Partner since 2011 and later took on the role of Director of Operations, starting in 2016.

Alex Bebiak attended Northern Illinois University from 1993 to 1997, where they studied Criminology.
