Andreas Roelofs is an accomplished leader in research and development, currently serving as Vice President of Research And Development and Director at RTX. Previously, Andreas held the position of Vice President of Research and Director at United Technologies Research Center and directed the Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies at Los Alamos National Laboratory. At Argonne National Laboratory, Andreas served as Director of Chain Reaction Innovations and Director of Nano Design Works, alongside roles as Deputy Division Director and Interim Director within the organization. Additionally, Andreas co-founded aixACCT Systems, Inc. and led the company as President. Andreas holds a Doctorate with distinction in Physics/Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen and a Diplom in Physics from Research Center Juelich, Germany.
