Asima Silva

Asima Silva is a highly experienced web developer and tech lead, currently serving at Raytheon Technologies since May 2021. With a strong background in software engineering, Silva previously held the position of Senior Automation Engineer at Rave Mobile Safety, where responsibilities included developing verification and regression tests and automating API tests in Python and Selenium. Earlier experience includes roles at HCL Infosystems as a Software Engineer and at IBM, where significant contributions included developing automation test frameworks and conducting functional verification tests. Other positions include software engineering roles at Ticket Network, Xevo, and teaching a graduate-level course on computer graphics at Western New England College. Asima holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned in 2004.
