Cale Hiroms

Cale Hiroms is a seasoned program management professional currently serving as Associate Director at RTX since June 2021, previously holding the position of Deputy Program Manager in Business Development. Prior experience includes a span of over 14 years at Raytheon where roles included Business Development and Project Manager, Resource Manager, Operations Manager, and Field Service Representative in Engineering, Technology & Field Operations. Cale began a career in the United States Air Force from February 1999 to March 2005 as a Cryptologic Linguist and Imagery Mission Planner/Sensor Operator. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, an AAS in Communications Applications Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, and an AA in Korean Language from the Defense Language Institute. Additional studies occurred at UCLA and Texas Lutheran University, alongside attendance at Hargrave Military Academy.
