Gretchen Locy

Gretchen Locy is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Senior Director of European Tax at Raytheon Technologies since October 2022. Prior to this role, Gretchen held senior tax positions at Collins Aerospace and UTC Aerospace Systems. With a strong foundation in tax management established during tenure at United Technologies, including roles such as Senior Tax Manager and Director of Tax for Otis, Gretchen has extensive expertise in international tax matters, transfer pricing, and employee benefits. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of European Taxes at Case New Holland and working as a tax attorney at Koch Industries and Alston & Bird LLP. Gretchen earned a J.D./LL.M. in Tax from New York University School of Law and a BA in Economics from Smith College.
