Jim Needham

Jim Needham is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in enterprise services, digital technologies, and global ethics and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at RTX since January 2018, Jim previously held the position of Associate General Counsel for International Trade at Pratt & Whitney, a division of RTX Corporation, from July 2012 to January 2018. Jim's prior legal experience includes roles as an Associate at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP and Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, as well as an Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
