Karri Allen

Karri Allen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international trade compliance and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Raytheon Technologies since March 2020, Karri previously held the position of Counsel, Corporate Global Trade at Raytheon from July 2017 to March 2020. Prior roles include Counsel at Safariland, where Karri advised on international trade compliance and directed corporate compliance programs for multiple countries, and Associate at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, focusing on international business and trade transactions. Karri's legal background began as an Import/Export Compliance Manager at BAE Systems before further experience as a Law Clerk and Independent Consultant in export controls. Karri earned a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Additionally, Karri has studied at the University of Buenos Aires and Universidad Diego Portales.
